Didn't return my calls or provide tracking number

I ordered a phone on 2/7, and my card was charged for the order on 2/9. On 2/11, I emailed customer service at Cell2Get asking if my phone had shipped, and if so, if they could give me the tracking number.

Melvin emailed me and said that my phone had shipped but that I needed to call them to get the tracking number. I have tried calling repeatedly since 2/12 and have left several voicemail messages asking someone to please call me and provide me with the tracking number because I'd like to know when I can expect to receive my phone. I missed a call from them on 2/12, but they didn't bother to leave me a voicemail message. I have called at least 3 times since 2/12, and no one has ever returned my call.

I also replied to the email that Melvin sent me and requested he call or email me the tracking number ASAP. I have heard NOTHING. It is now 2/16. I am VERY unhappy with the lack of customer service and communication, I still have no phone, and I have no idea when to expect it (although they certainly had no problem with charging my card right away).

I'm getting worried now after reading several negative reviews of this company. I wish I had researched more before placing my order.

Phone arrived; wrong color

So, after at least the 7th or 8th time of attempting to reach someone at cell2get.com, I finally reached someone by phone yesterday. They emailed me the tracking number (USPS, not UPS, as stated in my order confirmation). I did indeed receive the phone today, but it was the wrong color! At this point, I'm thinking screw it -- I'll probably just keep this phone because my current phone is about to die and I don't want to wait around for another two weeks or more hoping to get the right phone. I don't think it's worth the hassle. On the plus side, it looks like the phone I received is indeed new and with all accessories (battery, charger, headphones, etc.) included. But overall, I am VERY disappointed with Cell2Get's lack of customer service and attention to detail and do NOT plan on ordering from them again. Ever.

No phone delivered charged 28% of purchase price

The company cell2get found a new way to defraud customers. They do not send out ordered phones and charged customers 28% of the charged price. In my case I purchased a cell phone from their website. I contacted the company since the phone had not arrived within a reasonable time. I was told that the order is in "process". They were unable to tell me if it had been shipped or a delivery date; therefore, I cancelled the order. The total price was $109.19. They refunded my credit card $78.66. They witheld $30.53. The phone never arrived in the mail; hence, it was never mailed, but the they witheld 28% of the price. This is the most unscrupulous business practice I have ever heard. This company should be prosecuted and put out of business. Although I will dispute the charges with my credit company. I would like to warn potential consumers of the fraudulent business practices of this company. I also will report them to the Attorney General's Office. Consumer beware of Cell2Get!!!

Cell2get no phone delivered terrible service

IOrdered phone on September 28 - they told me phone shipped 2 OCtober (- no phone arrived as of 5 October. asked for shipping numb e,r they gave me a false fed ex number. it is now 9 October still no phone - I'm out 100 bucks. Don't be fooled liked I was by these folks and apparently many others - see below another disatisfied person. Chas Iwa.

I ordered a cell phone from this website to replace one that had been stolen from my daughter. I ordered it on March 18, 2007. As I needed it by the end of the week (March 23, 2007) I paid the additional charge of $30 for 3 day express shipping.

As I had not received an email confirmation of this purchase, on March 20, 2007 I attempted to call the phone number listed on their web site. I received a recording stating that the number was no longer in service. I sent them an email on their web site and after two days, they told me that my order was shipped on March 20th.

I tried calling their phone number again and this time I got an answering machine. I left a message but never received a reply. I again emailed them and asked for a tracking number. Again, two days later they sent me a tracking number.

I went to the UPS website and entered the tracking number. Their records indicated that the documents for shipping had been entered on March 22nd, but the item was not actually shipped until March 23rd. I finally received my phone on March 28. Ten days after I ordered it.

The phone arrived in a soft pack, not a retail box. It consisted of the phone and a charging adapter. No warranty paperwork and no manual. I was overcharged for shipping and did not receive the complete package for which I paid.

I don't believe these people actually have the merchandise in stock as they advertise. Because of the delays in shipping and their response to emails and their on again off again phone service, I think they are 3rd party shippers and have to purchase the items before they can ship them to you.

I will never do business with these people again and I hope anyone reading this report will take it into consideration before ordering from them.

I ordered a phone from these guys on 26 Nov. I have still not got it, and I paid for the phone 1025 dollars from India by credit card.

I was given a tracking number after threatening to sue.

The track says the phone will come from China.I do not believe this, and am asking for full refund or 50% refund with the phone and if not, am hiring a lawyer to sue these characters, and I dont care what it costs me but I want to shut this fraud .down, it is bad for the e community. I have not received the phone 3 weeks after ordering it and paying express delivery.

I am sure the phone will not be genuine because on my call to them, they said the phone is stuck in US customs and now I see that it will leave from China!

If I do not get 50% off on the phone, and if I do not get the phone in the next three days, I pay a lawyer on friday to get after this. I will keep all you guys informed so that we can all enjoy how this company will be shut down and the fraudsters will be jailed.
