We ordered a phone on a Thursday for a birthday present and paid for 3 day shipping.We received no ship confirmation and no tracking.

After multiple attempts to reach them via email and phone, they contacted us on the 3rd day to inform us that the phone hadn't shipped on the day we ordered it because they were closed the next day. The phone did arrive 3 days later, only without the back. We took the phone in to our service to get it activated and found that it was still locked. After multiple phone calls, we were told that we would have to send it back to them to have it unlocked.

However, provided no free shipping method. They did 2 day ship the back to us. However, by then, we had had enough. They then refused to allow us to return the phone and the back for a refund.

Awful service, poor communication and horrible experience.That is why I am a pissed consumer.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
