Do not deal with the company. Ordered a cell phone, with payment pulling the day that I paid for it.

Called the company 5 business days later to request if the item had shipped and what the shipping ID label was.....was told that it had shipped but did not have the number to the label.

NINETEEN days later item has still not been delivered and after requesting shipping information....it was only then that they showed online that the item shipped on my final request.....TWENTY DAYS after I had ordered the item. Do not bother dealing with....still don't have my cell phone.

Review about: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $280.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service, Iam so dissapointed, I waited a while for a new phone.
